Welcome to the 2012 Membership Dues page for the Western Vascular Society.

All members have been mailed the 2012 Annual Dues Notification and Information Update Form.

Dues are payable upon receipt of the notification. Please review the information that was mailed to you and is currently in our database regarding your preferred mailing address, telephone, fax and e-mail address.

 

Send updates and revisions to our Administrative Office in Salem, Massachusetts along with your dues payment. These changes also may be made by paying your dues on-line.  Only members with active email addresses will be able to pay dues on-line as an email account is required.
