INVITATION TO EXHIBIT AT THE 2012 ANNUAL MEETING
Dear Industry Colleague:
On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Western Vascular Society, you are invited to participate as an Exhibitor for the 2012, 27th Annual Meeting of the Society. The meeting dates are Saturday, September 22 through Tuesday, September 25. The Meeting will be returning to the beautiful Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah. Once again we anticipate a record attendance at our 27th Annual Meeting.
During our recent 26th Annual Meeting in Kauai, Hawaii, the Executive Committee had the opportunity to meet with our industry colleagues and in response to our proposed changes to the meeting, we are pleased to offer the following levels of Exhibit Participation. Each level will provide additional marketing benefits for your company:
Silver Level Exhibitor -$ 7,500
Gold Level Exhibitor - $10,000
Platinum Level Exhibitor - $15,000
The Program Committee along with the Executive Committee will be busy planning the educational sessions for the 2012 Annual Meeting and will continue to expand on its CME offerings for its members and meeting attendees by adding more scientific presentations, as well as additional specialty educational sessions.
The Society also will be offering companies additional marketing opportunities through dedicated Satellite Symposia during the Annual Meeting. The cost for a dedicated Symposium slot is $10,000. Make the most of your marketing investment by using this time to showcase an educational opportunity. Various days and times are available. The purchase of a slot will offer Society assisted promotional efforts, additional registration opportunities for company representatives and other incentives. WVS will be involved in the design of the program content and the company will be responsible for all onsite charges including AV and Food and Beverages. Please note that these Symposia will not officially be part of the Western Vascular Society Annual and Scientific Meeting and CME is not granted by the WVS or its sponsor the American College of Surgeons.
Additional sponsorship grant opportunities also will be available which will allow us to continually offer an outstanding educational and social program for our growing membership. In addition, your educational grant helps to fund travel and accommodation expenses for all residents presenting papers at the Resident Forum, as well as students attending and presenting at our meeting.
Please complete the enclosed Application to confirm your participation. Once a company confirms its participation as an Exhibitor, a full packet of information, along with registration and exhibit information will be forwarded to the company representative.
The Western Vascular Society is grateful for your generous support.
Yours sincerely,
William J. Quinones-Baldrich, M.D.
