2009 Lifeline Student Research Fellowships
The Lifeline Student Research Fellowship, established by the American Vascular Association, the foundation of the SVS, stimulates laboratory and clinical vascular research performed by undergraduate college students and medical school students registered at North American universities. A $3,000 stipend and a two-year complimentary subscription to the Journal of Vascular Surgery were awarded to each of the students.
