Category I CME Credit Available from JVS

In each issue of the Journal of Vascular Surgery (JVS), there are four articles for potential CME credit noted in the Table of Contents. Readers can obtain 2 hours of Category I CME credit by correctly answering two multiple-choice questions about each of these four articles. The questions are designed to highlight important new information from the articles, and should be answerable after reading the articles. These CME questions are available on the Journal Web site (www.jvascsurg.org) for 2 years after publication of the articles. The Society for Vascular Surgery is the accrediting organization supplying CME credit. Up to 24 hours of Category I credit can be obtained per year if the CME quiz is completed for each issue. All questions must be correctly answered to obtain credit, but the quiz may be retaken until this is successfully accomplished. After successfully completing a quiz, readers will be directed to print a certificate for the 2 hours of CME credit. This service is available at no charge to subscribers of JVS. Readers who desire to participate in this service, but who have not yet activated their online Journal access, will need to do so by going to the Journal's Web site, clicking the Register option at the top of the page and then choosing the Activate Online Subscription option. Please note that in order to activate online access, the subscriber account number must be entered, which is found on the mailing label of the print Journal each month
