Interventional Radiology Society Endorses Vascular Registry

The Society for Vascular Surgery is pleased to announce that the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) has now joined with the Society for Vascular Surgery in recognizing the importance of using a single program for collecting carotid artery stenting (CAS) data. The SIR has thus become the first endorser of the Vascular Registry. The organization knows that collecting this important data will lead to valuable outcomes for quality improvement and performance monitoring, as well as better outcomes research.
