(1) Resumes are accepted only from MDs. The person must be eligible at the present time to work in North America.

(2) Note that you CANNOT use the following 5 characters in any field

	'	apostrophe
	"	quote
	<	less than
	>	greater than
	&	ampersand

	If you enter one of these characters in error, when you try to go to the next field, you will receive an error message saying "please remove erroneous character". After you clear the error message, you can delete the erroneous character.

(3) For "Resumes" submissions, the following fields are available. Those in bold are required fields and MUST BE COMPLETED.
