Before you begin…
You must have the following information and materials available:
- Academic history and postgraduate training details, including dates attended and degrees earned.
- A letter from the program director of an approved vascular residency program stating that you have been accepted into the residency program or are currently a resident in vascular surgery. You can upload this letter as a Word document or PDF or mail a hard copy. The mailing address will be noted on application form.
