P.A.D. Wall Chart Available for Medical Offices

The American College of Cardiology in cooperation with the P.A.D. Coalition has produced a laminated wall chart for medical offices. Targeted to patients, this wall chart (24″ x 19″) features graphics of the vascular system and reviews P.A.D. risk factors, symptoms, diagnostic tests, and treatment.
