Ultimate SAAAVE Public Service Announcement

The Ultimate SAAAVE public service announcement (PSA) was developed to help educate the public about the SAAAVE Act, recently passed by Congress.

The Ultimate SAAAVE PSA features Miracle on Ice U.S. hockey team goalie and gold medalist Jim Craig, who urges those who have smoked, are over the age of 65, or have a family history of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) to understand the causes, symptoms and available treatments for AAA and take explore the new reimbursement benefit available to qualified, at-risk patients enrolling in the Medicare system.

Jim Craig lost his father to AAA and is very passionate about this topic. With simple screening more cases of AAA will be detected earlier and will allow for appropriate medical intervention.
