Our 2008 meeting will be held May 3rd at The Grand Hotel in
Point Clear, Alabama. Dr. James Seeger will be our
distinguished speaker. Dr. Seeger is
the Chief of Vascular Surgery at the University of Florida in Gainesville,
Florida. He is the past president of
the Southern Association of Vascular Surgery, the current co-editor of The
Journal of Vascular Surgery, and is a leading program director responsible for
governing and developing future training paradigms for future vascular
surgeons. Dr. Seeger will also be

From our president Dr. Robert Engles:
I would like to encourage all members to begin to think of presentation topics
or interesting cases that you would like to present at the May meeting. I will send out further correspondence in
early March asking for abstracts and case presentations to be submitted. I would particularly like for members who
have not presented abstracts in the past to step up to the plate and get
involved!! In my opinion, this will
make us a stronger society.
