Americans With Disabilities Act Accommodations
Registrants who need specialized accommodations to participate in the Vascular Annual Meeting (i.e., large print or Braille materials; assistance obtaining motorized scooter rentals) should check the “Yes” box under Disability Accommodations on the Attendee Meeting Registration Form. Someone from the SVS office will call to discuss how we may assist you.
Ultimate Shuttle service offers ground transportation from Logan International Airport to the Back Bay area. Tickets are available for $17 per person for a one- way transfer. Reservations are required and may be made by calling direct at 888-437-4379 or online.
Taxi service is available 24/7 from Boston’s Logan International Airport. Travel time is approximately 12 minutes (5.5 miles) from the airport to the official hotels. Fees are approximately $30 including a $2.75 city surcharge.
There are approximately 4,400 parking spaces within a three-block walk of the Hynes Convention Center. Valet parking is also available at the Sheraton Boston Hotel located in the Prudential Center complex where Sheraton cars are parked.
