Grab some lunch in the Exhibit Hall and then stay to see the latest innovations in vascular surgery. Box lunches will be served Thursday through Saturday from several stations. There will also be coffee stations open in the Exhibit Hall during session breaks.

Opening Reception
Start the Vascular Annual Meeting off right by networking with colleagues and exhibitors inside the Exhibit Hall and enjoy drinks and appetizers while browsing the latest technology.  The reception is scheduled for 5:30 pm on Thursday.  Don’t forget to enter the raffle for a chance to win two airline tickets to anywhere in the Continental US.

Plenary and Breakfast Session Downloads
Supported by Medtronic, Inc.

Once again, plenary and breakfast session downloads will be available in the Exhibit Hall.  All plenary and breakfast sessions will be available for downloading after the sessions have been presented.  Visit the Medtronic Booth, #428 in the Exhibit Hall during exhibit hours.  Flash drives will be distributed to each professional attendee in the registration area upon redemption of the flash drive voucher.

Education and Training Pavilions
Attendees get a chance to talk to exhibitors in a more intimate setting, getting hands on training and learning about their newest innovations in the Education and Training Pavilions. The full schedule of presentations will be posted in the registration area and inside the Exhibit Hall. Be sure to pre-register as many presentations fill up quickly. The Pavilions are located along the back of the Exhibit Hall.

Cyber Café
Check in with the office, send emails or print boarding passes for free in the Cyber Café. Located in the Exhibit Hall, the Cyber Café computers can also be used to help navigate the Meeting, providing session room locations, exhibitor listings and other activities happening throughout the week. The Cyber Café is located at the end of Aisle 600.

Poster Competition
This year’s Poster Competition is scheduled from 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm on Friday.  Nearly 100 participants will compete for a chance to present their topic in the Poster Championship Round held during the plenary session the following day. Participants will display their poster in the Exhibit Hall, grouped into related categories (e.g. venous, angio access, basic research, etc). Authors in each topic group will have three minutes for presentation and two minutes for discussion to an audience of peers and SVS Program Committee moderators. Based on a peer scoring system, a winner will be selected from each topic group.  The poster session will be located at the back of Aisle 100.
