(Due February 1, 2013) should include the following:
- Multicenter Clinical Studies Planning Grant Face Page
- Planning Grant Specific Aims (one page)
- Research Strategy (maximum 12 pages)
- Include Significance, Innovation, Experimental Approach and a Time-Line
- Experimental Approach must adequately describe statistical methods and issues of power and sample size
- Page format: Arial font, at least 11 point font, margins of at least 0.5 inch
- Bibliography
- Budget (maximum US$100,000, direct costs only
- Budget Justification
- Biosketch for each Co-Investigator (NIH format, include other support)
- If applicable, letter(s) of support from significant collaborator or consultant on the project
- IRB approval (will be required from proposed research sites prior to distribution of funds)
- Disclosure of any parallel grant applications (pending or awarded) with overlap to the present application
Full proposals must be received no later than midnight, February 1, 2013.
