Scope of Work

• Develop Society for Vascular Surgery® (SVS) programs to encourage medical students and residents to consider a career in vascular surgery

2011-2012 Charges

• Continue and evaluate Vascular Annual Meeting® scholarship/educational program
• Continue SVS sections for medical students, residents, and trainees
• Further develop the mentor program
• Continue and evaluate the communications program which includes e-newsletter, exhibits at career fairs, regional vascular meetings, etc.
• Further develop vascular surgery interest group
