Attention Annual Meeting International Attendees:

SVS is pleased to offer a discounted registration fee of $200 for all International Attendees representing countries that do not appear on the list below.  If your country does not appear on the list below, then you are eligible for the $200 discounted registration fee.  PLEASE NOTE:  In order to obtain this registration fee, you must complete the registration form and fax it to the number indicated at the top of the form.  If you register on line, this special registration fee will not be available.
