February 10 is the deadline to submit an abstract for the Alex Chao, MD, Young Investigators Award for Excellence in Scientific Research. The award is given to a resident of a vascular surgery program, fellow or PhD candidate in a related field with an interest in vascular ultrasound. It consists of a $1,000 check and an award plaque presented to the recipient at the 2010 Society for Vascular Ultrasound Annual Conference, held in conjunction with the Vascular Annual Meeting in Boston.
