It is the policy of the Society for Vascular Surgery® (SVS) to insure balance, independence, objectivity and scientific rigor in all its individually sponsored CME activities.
Speakers and Moderators Must Download, Complete and Return These Forms
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
Download the mandatory disclosure form. In accordance with ACCME guidelines, all speakers must disclose possible conflicts of interest prior to the presentation.

As part of the Society's ongoing effort to provide quality educational programming, SVS may choose to record and disseminate course presentations from the Vascular Annual Meeting® via a variety of media.

Disclosure Slide
All SVS presenters must include a disclosure slide as their first slide and include the following information: (a) name of the speaker; (b) name of the commercial interest(s); and (c) nature of the relationship the speaker has with each commercial interest. Even if you have nothing to disclose, this slide must be included indicating “nothing to disclose.”
Abstracts
In accordance with ACCME’s policy on employee of commercial interests, industry employees can be authors, but cannot be presenters if the content of the abstract relates to the business lines and products of its employer.
Meeting Registration and Manuscript Submission
SVS does not reimburse expenses or cover registration fees for presenters.
Manuscript submission to the
Journal of Vascular Surgery® is mandatory for those accepted to present at the Plenary and Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society (PVSS) Sessions of the 2010 Vascular Annual Meeting. Manuscripts should be submitted electronically to the
Journal of Vascular Surgery at
http://www.editorialmanager.com/jvs prior to presentation at the Vascular Annual Meeting and no later than
June 13, 2010.
