Hotel Reservations

Wyndham Jade will once again provide complete housing services for the 2010 Society for Vascular Surgery and Peripheral Vascular Surgical Society attendees. Members of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound are requested to refer to their society for housing information as they have secured its own block of rooms at alternate hotels.

1. Easy booking with the best rates. Wyndham Jade’s online booking platform allows you to select a room(s) at the hotel of your choice (based on availability), then fill in your information online and receive an electronic confirmation within minutes. Changes, substitutions, etc. can also be made online at your convenience, until the designated cutoff date.
2. Wyndham Jade offers SVS attendees a dedicated toll-free number which is staffed by a dedicated team of highly-qualified individuals. The housing bureau can assist you with any and all housing-related requests, including housing reservations, suite requests and last-minute room additions.
3. New this year: The deposit policy has been reduced from two nights to only one. Booking through the SVS housing bureau assists SVS in validating its meeting’s worth to future cities. Please help keep meeting costs down and secure your accommodations through the official housing bureau.

Reservations may be made beginning March 1, 2010 by calling 866-268-0197 (U.S.) or 972-349-5435 (International) or by clicking here to make your reservations online. The reservations deadline is May 12, 2010.

* Subject to appropriate state, local and occupancy tax currently at 14.45 percent.

Note: Hotels will not accept reservations direct.  Reservations must be made through the SVS housing bureau.
