Exhibitor Hotel Reservation Information

Wyndham Jade will once again provide complete housing services for the 2008 Vascular Annual Meeting.  Wyndham Jade is headquartered in Dallas and services over 25 convention accounts.  With revenues in excess of $150 million, Wyndham Jade is a winner of the Dallas Business Journal’s Pacesetter Award awarded to the fastest growing privately held companies in the Dallas Metroplex.  With the ongoing need for associations to validate their buying power to top convention cities, we are pleased that WJ is on our side!

What does this mean to you? 

1. SVS will award three priority points to every exhibiting company booking their hotel accommodations through the SVS Housing Bureau.  Final points will be awarded after the meeting when final pick up reports are compiled.

2. Easy booking with the best rates.  Wyndham Jade’s On-Line Booking platform allows you to block rooms at the hotel of your choice (based upon availability), then fill in the on-line rooming list (and make changes, substitutions, etc.) yourself, until the designated cutoff date.

3. WJ offers SVS exhibitors a dedicated toll free number which is staffed by a dedicated team of highly-qualified individuals.  The Exhibitor Specialist VIP Team can assist you with any and all housing-related requests, including housing reservations, suite requests, last-minute room additions and challenge management.

Reservations may be made beginning March 3, 2008 by calling 866-546-4299 (U.S.) or 972-349-5403 (International) or by clicking HERE to make your reservations on line.  Exhibitors requiring 10 or more sleeping rooms must complete the Exhibitor Group Housing Agreement located on the housing site.  The cutoff for individual reservations is May 5, 2008.  Group Housing Lists are due April 21, 2008.

San Diego Marriott Hotel& Marina (Headquarters):  $249 single/$269double*
Omni San Diego:  $229 single/$239 double/$249 double/double*

Subject to appropriate state, local and occupancy tax currently at 12.5%

Note:  Hotels will not accept reservations direct.  Reservations must be made through SVS Housing Bureau.
