Click here to register online for the 2009 Vascular Annual Meeting, taking place June 11-14 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

To register via mail or fax, download and complete the registration form and mail to PO Box 552, Brookfield, IL 60513-0552, or fax to 708-344-4444.

Registrations must be accompanied by check or credit card payment.

International Attendee Registration Discount

SVS is pleased to offer a discounted registration fee of $200 for qualified international attendees representing certain countries. Click here for more information and to find out if you qualify. 

Onsite Registration

Registration opens Wednesday, June 10, at Noon, in the Colorado Convention Center located in the first floor F Lobby. To avoid duplicate charges, please DO NOT mail or fax your meeting registration form if you plan to register onsite. The registration hours are:

Wednesday, June 10                                    Noon – 6:00 pm
Thursday, June 11                                         6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday, June 12                                               6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday, June 13                                          6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday, June 14                                            6:30 am – 8:30 am

Cancellation Policy

A full refund less the processing fee of $25 will be granted for all written requests postmarked by May 21. No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after this date. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations may be sent via fax to 312-334-2320. SVS reserves the right to cancel any program and can not assume responsibility for personal expenses.

Americans with Disabilities Act Accommodations

Registrants who need specialized accommodations to participate in the Vascular Annual Meeting (i.e., hearing impaired device; assistance obtaining motorized scooter rentals) should check the “Yes” box under Disability Accommodations on the Meeting Registration Form.
