There will be a hospitality room at the Sheraton Boston where spouses can become acquainted and plan their activities. The room will be open from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm on Thursday and Friday (June 10-11). Continental breakfast and beverages will be provided. Please check the onsite program for the final room assignment.
The average temperature in Boston in June is a beautiful high of 76 degrees and a low of 60 degrees.
The attire for the conference is business casual during the day and resort casual for hospitality events.
Registrants who need specialized accommodations to participate in the Vascular Annual Meeting (i.e., large print or Braille materials; assistance obtaining motorized scooter rentals) should check the “Yes” box under Disability Accommodations on the Attendee Meeting Registration Form. Taxi service is available 24-hours-a-day and seven-days-a-week from Boston’s Logan International Airport. Travel time is approximately 12 minutes (5.5 miles) from the airport to the official hotels. The approximate fare is approximately $25 including a $2.75 city surcharge.
There are approximately 4,400 parking spaces within a three-block walk of the Hynes Convention Center. Valet parking is also available at the Sheraton Boston Hotel located in the Prudential Center complex where Sheraton cars are parked.
