Alumni Association Information

SVS has designated Thursday evening, June 10, for alumni events. Alumni associations are encouraged to host their events in the Sheraton Boston, the SVS headquarters hotel. This would enable attendees, who may be members of more than one alumni association, to frequent more than one event.

There is no rental charge to associations who wish to secure a meeting room for their event. SVS requests that events do not begin prior to 7:00 pm so as not to conflict with the SVS Opening Reception.

Meeting Space Request Form

Please complete the meeting space request form and either fax to 847-680-5283 or email to Debbie Wallentin, CMP. Upon receipt, a space release letter will be generated to the hotel. All costs associated with the event would be the host organization’s responsibility.
